Pins & Other Items
All other items ship from Australia. Expect shipping times of 3-6 weeks internationally, and 1-3 weeks within Australia.
Shipping out of Australia depends on outgoing flights. With countries in lockdown, there are fewer flights leaving, meaning less packages are sent out. Additionally, customs is slower, and local post offices are often overwhelmed.

Shirts
Shirts are produced on demand and shipped from the U.S. Expect up to 3 weeks for production, followed by 6 weeks for shipping. Additional delays may arise due to the pandemic.
Australian orders will have their shirts printed in Australia. Production takes 1-2 weeks, and shipping takes an additional 1-2 weeks.
Customs Fees
Customs fees are determined by your local government. Customs fees and importing fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund for parcels returned by customs due to unpaid customs fees.
STANDARD Grade: These pins are of high quality with occasional, minor imperfections that are typically not visible unless closely examined. Common minor flaws may include small scratches in the enamel or plating. Due to the handmade nature of pins, achieving 100% flawless pins is nearly impossible, especially under magnification. STANDARD pins are ideal for those who appreciate well-crafted, quality pins for their collections. SECONDS Grade: SECONDS are imperfect enamel pins, offering an excellent and affordable opportunity to expand your collection. These pins may have one or more noticeable flaws, including, but not limited to: Scratches in the enamel or metal Tarnishing and Discoloration Inaccurate coloring Broken or missing posts Artwork errors Missing or low enamel Dust or dirt in enamel Obscured or missing metal lines Incorrect plating colors Please note that all sales for SECONDS are final, and they do not come on backing cards.
