You can choose a FIRST or SECOND quality pin. Seconds are imperfect. Examples include tarnished metal, small chips, uneven colouring, etc. The pictures are NOT seconds. All sales for seconds are final. Seconds do not come on backing cards.

Mugs

Mugs ship from the U.S. and will take 5-6 business days to produce. After that, allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. Mugs are only available in the U.S.

Shirts

Shirts ship from the U.S. and will take 1-4 business days to produce. After that, allow up to 1-5 business days for delivery. Shirts are only available in the U.S.

Other Items

All other items ship from Australia.

Shipping internationally can take 3-6 weeks.
Within Australia shipping is usually up to 10 business days.

Our enamel pin shop has 2 quality grades available: Firsts and seconds. Firsts are not collector grade pins, we do not sell those.

Firsts may have minor flaws, such as small scratches in the enamel or plating. These are unavoidable during the manufacturing process, and and not visible unless examined closely.
Seconds are imperfect, but cheap, enamel pins. They can include flaws such as tarnished metal, small chips, uneven colouring, etc. All sales for seconds are final, and seconds do not come on backing cards.
