Shipping
Your shipping address:
Please ensure you provide us with the correct shipping address, we cannot change the shipping address after we have dispatched the item.
Shipping times:
Items may be marked as shipped when the shipping label is created. This can be a day or two before it is actually shipped.
Shipping internationally can take 3-6 weeks.Within Australia shipping is usually up to 10 business days.
Occasionally orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before a date you need them, unless it has been discussed prior to ordering. We clearly state our processing times as well as shipping times, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Where is my Australian order?
Domestic orders take between 2-10 business days to arrive, after dispatch. If you are worried about your order and it has been 10 days since it was mailed, please:
- Check with your neighbours- Check all the places your mail could be delivered in error, or left.
- Check your local post office and let them know you are expecting a package but you haven't received it.
If it has been 10 days since it was mailed please contact us.
Where is my International order?
International orders take between 10-45 business days to arrive after dispatch. If you are worried about your order and it has been 4 weeks since it was mailed, please:
- Check all the places your mail could be delivered in error, or left.
- Check your local post office and let them know you are expecting a package but you haven't received it.
If it has been 6 weeks since it was mailed please contact us.
Canadian Orders
Due to customs in Canada, orders sent there can be very slow, sometimes 10+ weeks. We unfortunately don’t have any way to speed this up.
How are our pins graded?
Second Grade: Seconds pins are less-good quality pins, but not terrible, they could have multiple minor flaws or bigger flaws.

Returns and Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel your order and give you a full refund. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it to sender. When we receive it we will refund you (minus shipping).
My item is damaged, what can I do?
Take a photo of the damage and send it to us, we need a photo in order to lodge a claim. Once we've lodged the claim, we can send you a replacement if we have them in stock, or we can offer a refund for the damaged items. We do not offer replacements or refunds after 14 days have passed since arrival.
Can I get a return/exchange?
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges, sorry!
