We ship from Gordon, Australia.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Australia and these international destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.

SHIPPING RATES

Australia: $4 USD for a tracked sticker letter, $7 USD for a tracked parcel. United States: $14.30 USD with import duties paid at checkout (DDP). Rest of the world: $13 USD flat to the countries listed above.

All Shopify orders ship tracked.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel ships. Note that orders may be marked as shipped when the label is created, which can be a day or two before actual dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMES

Australian orders: 2 to 10 business days after dispatch. All orders include tracking.

International orders: please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Once your order reaches its destination, you can track it with your local postal service.

Canadian orders can take significantly longer (often 8 to 10 weeks or more) because of Canadian customs processing. This is outside our control.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks past the maximum delivery estimate, please contact us at info@thegrumpyunicorn.co. Lost-parcel claims must be made within 30 days of dispatch.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll update the address before it ships. Once dispatched, addresses cannot be changed. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it; the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND DELAYS

US orders: applicable tariffs are collected at checkout and parcels ship duties-paid (DDP). US customers will not be charged additional fees on arrival.

New Zealand orders: from April 2026, the New Zealand Government introduced new charges on goods entering NZ. NZ customers may be charged additional GST or duty on arrival, paid to NZ Customs. We cannot waive or pre-pay these fees.

EU orders (from 1 July 2026): the EU is introducing a new €3 per-item customs duty on parcels under €150 entering the EU. This applies to all EU-bound orders from outside the EU. Customers may be charged this on arrival or collected at checkout depending on how the rule is rolled out. We will update this policy as more details become available.

All other international orders: customs and import duties are set by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict whether fees will apply or the amount. Any fees are payable on arrival.

Customs processing can also cause delivery delays. These delays are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for late arrivals unless delivery timing was discussed prior to ordering.
